Is laser hair removal permanent?

As regular readers of my blog will know hair removal is one of those things I find a constant source of annoyance. No sooner have I managed to get rid of all those pesky little hairs it seems like they have re-sprouted and I have to start all over again. Waxing is great but painful, epilating good but can cause ingrowing hairs and takes quite a while and shaving effective but the results don’t last long at all.
